A real-estate marketplace for Uzbekistan, bringing apartments, land, and hotels into one app. Users can explore listings on a map, search by location and details, chat with sellers, and make payments.
What I built
Joymee is our big product, built by our team. I lead it end to end: product decisions, architecture, development and project management across the website, the iOS and Android apps and the admin panel.
- A clean, modular iOS architecture with SwiftUI and UIKit
- Maps and navigation with Yandex Maps and a Mapbox Navigation module
- A better listing experience: audio recording and playback for ads, skeleton loaders, and search across title, description and address
- Monetisation: VIP, top and raise-day plans, balance top-ups and promo codes, with payments through Click and Payme
- Reliable releases with Firebase, an in-app version check, and Fastlane and TestFlight pipelines
- App Store publishing, including metadata and review iterations
